Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://mrexquisitemovingservices.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Mr.Exquisite Moving Services reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes Residential Moving, Apartment Moving, Long Distance Moving, Express Moving, Furniture Moving, Local Moving provided by Mr.Exquisite Moving Services. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Mr.Exquisite Moving Services or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. Mr.Exquisite Moving Services may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Mr.Exquisite Moving Services does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Mr.Exquisite Moving Services arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Mr.Exquisite Moving Services from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Law and Venue. CA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in CA.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
